In the dashboard your agency set up for you, open Connections and choose the account you want to link.
You approve it on the platform's own page
Google, Facebook, Jobber or QuickBooks shows you exactly what Business Connector is asking for. You sign in there, so we never see or store your password.
Your results appear in your dashboard
Only you and your agency can see them. They're never shown to any other business, and you can disconnect at any time.

With your permission
- Only what each feature needs Reading ad results, publishing a post, or adding a new lead to Jobber. Nothing is requested until you switch that feature on.
- Posts and changes you approved We publish only what you or your agency created and told us to post. A change to a Google Ads account is made only when that change is approved.
- Encrypted access, kept on our servers Access tokens are encrypted before they're stored, used only by our servers, and never sent to your browser.

- Your passwords You always sign in on the platform's own page.
- Selling your data, or using it for advertising Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- Training AI models on your accounts Data from your connected accounts isn't used to train artificial-intelligence models.
- Showing it to other businesses Your data appears only in your own dashboard, for you and your agency.
Every connection is a permission you gave, and one you can take back.

From your dashboard
Open Connections and press Disconnect next to the account.

Why does it say Business Connector and not my agency's name?
Your agency's dashboard runs on software operated by Deep Development And Design LLC. Google, Meta, Jobber and the other platforms show the name of the registered app on their sign-in screens, and that app is Business Connector. Plenty of agency tools work the same way.
Is it safe to press Allow?
You approve on the platform's own page, so we never see your password, and you can read exactly what's being asked for before you agree. If you weren't expecting the request, don't approve it. Check with your agency first.
Can Business Connector post or change things without me?
No. We publish only what you or your agency created and told us to post. Changes to a Google Ads account are made only when that change is approved, and access to Facebook and Instagram ad accounts is read-only.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Disconnect any account from Connections in your dashboard, or remove Business Connector in the platform's settings. To delete everything, email support@businessconnectorhq.com. Our data deletion page has every step.
