Business Connector

Business Connector / For agencies

A name your clients can trust on every connect screen.

Your brand stays on the dashboard. When a client links Google, Meta, Jobber or QuickBooks, they see Business Connector: one neutral, reviewed app, with its own privacy policy and a clear way out.

You run the relationship. We run the plumbing behind it.

Why your clients see Business Connector, not a stranger's name.

Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Jobber, Intuit and Xero all show the name of the registered app on their permission screens. If that name belongs to a software vendor your client has never heard of, they hesitate, or call you to ask whether it's a scam.

Business Connector is a neutral name built for exactly that moment. It has a homepage, a privacy policy and terms that platform reviewers check, a page for every integration, and plain instructions for disconnecting. Your client reads it, recognises it from your onboarding, and presses Allow.

How it works for an agency.

  1. You set up your client's dashboard

Under your own brand, with the features you sell them switched on.

  2. Your client presses Connect

From their dashboard, or a link you send. They approve on the platform's own page, so nobody shares a password.

  3. Results arrive for both of you

Reviews, ad spend, posts, leads, jobs and invoices land in the dashboard you both see, and in no one else's.

What stays yours, and what we take care of.

Yours

  • Your brand Your name and logo on the dashboard your clients log in to.
  • Your client relationship You decide which features each client gets, and you're who they call.
  • Your pricing Business Connector is provided through your agency. You set what your clients pay you.

Ours

  • Platform reviews App reviews and verifications with Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Jobber, Intuit and Xero.
  • Security Encrypted token storage, access rules between businesses, and server-side-only use of access.
  • Privacy and deletion The legal pages your clients and reviewers read, and deletion requests, including Meta's.

Want your own agency's name on the connect screen instead?

Some platforms let an agency register its own app and use its own keys. Facebook and Instagram can already run on an agency's own Meta app, and more platforms will follow. Ask us.

Questions agencies ask.

Does Business Connector replace my brand?

No. Your clients log in to your dashboard, under your name. Business Connector only appears where a platform requires a registered app name: its sign-in and permission screens, and the app lists in its settings.

What does it cost?

Business Connector is provided through your agency platform, as part of your plan. Email us and we'll talk through what fits your agency.

Which platforms can my clients connect?

Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Search Console, YouTube, Google Calendar and Outlook, Google Drive, Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Jobber, QuickBooks Online and Xero, with more where switched on. See them all.

What should I tell a client before they connect?

That they'll see Business Connector on the platform's screen, that it's the app your dashboard uses, and that they can remove it at any time. Linking them to this site answers most questions before they're asked.

A client wants their data deleted. What do I do?

They can disconnect any account themselves, or you or they can email support@businessconnectorhq.com. The steps are on the data deletion page.
