What it does for you
Leads straight in
A new inquiry, chat lead or missed call becomes a client and a request in Jobber, with the source it came from.
Revenue by source
Jobs, invoices and payments matched to the ad or channel that produced them, beside what you spent.
Review requests
Where switched on, a finished job can trigger your own review request to that customer.
What it can see, and what it never will.
Each part is requested only when you switch that feature on.
With your permission
- Your Jobber account's name and ID
- Clients' names, emails, phones and lead source
- Requests, jobs, visits, invoices and payments
Never
- Changing or deleting your existing Jobber records
- Quote line items, timesheets, payroll or bank details
- Sending Jobber data to train AI
- Selling or sharing your customers
Jobber data is not sent to an AI provider, except totals (such as jobs by source) inside a written report you ask for.
Switch Jobber off whenever you like. The stored access is deleted the moment you do.
The exact permissions
For reviewers and the curious: the permissions requested, the data each one reaches, and why. Jobber sets an app's permissions in its developer settings rather than in the sign-in link, so Jobber's own consent screen lists them.

How to disconnect Jobber
From your dashboard
Open Connections and press Disconnect next to Jobber. The stored access is deleted immediately.
From Jobber App Marketplace
In Jobber: Apps, then Business Connector, then Disconnect. Jobber tells us and we delete the stored access straight away. Open it
