Business Connector for Google Business Profile

See your Google reviews in one place, reply to them, and keep your listing's details and posts up to date from your dashboard.

A hair stylist works on a client's curls by the front window of her salon.
An illustration. Google Business Profile shows the exact wording when you press Connect, and nothing is shared until you choose Allow.

What it does for you

  1. Reviews in one inbox

New Google reviews for each of your locations appear in your dashboard as they arrive.

  2. Replies you approve

Write a reply, or edit a suggested draft, and it is published to Google when you approve it or under a rule you set.

  3. Profile and posts

Update your description, website, phone number, hours, booking link and Google posts, and see how many people viewed, called or asked for directions.

What it can see, and what it never will.

Each part is requested only when you switch that feature on.

With your permission

  • Your business accounts and locations
  • Reviews: the text, star rating and reviewer's name
  • Profile details, photos and performance figures
  • The listing details you choose to update

Never

  • Your Google password
  • Your Gmail, Drive or Calendar (those are separate connections)
  • Reviews of any other business
  • Using your reviews for advertising

Review text, star rating and reviewer name may be sent to Anthropic's Claude, under terms that forbid training on it, only to draft a reply for you. Nothing is posted without your approval or a rule you set.

Switch Google Business Profile off whenever you like. The stored access is deleted the moment you do.
