Business Connector for Google Drive, Sheets and Docs
Pick your own pictures from a Drive folder for social posts, bring in a spreadsheet you choose, and send finished content to a Google Doc.
What it does for you
Your photos, not stock
Link one Drive folder and its photos are suggested for your posts. Pressing Index this folder describes each photo so the right one can be found.
Import a list
Bring customers or contacts in from a Google Sheet you select.
Export to Docs
Send a draft, report or page copy to a new Google Doc in your account.
What it can see, and what it never will.
Each part is requested only when you switch that feature on.
With your permission
- Files in the Drive folder you link
- The spreadsheet you select
- Documents the Service creates
Never
- The rest of your Drive
- Your email or contacts
- Deleting your files
- Selling or sharing your files
Only when you press Index this folder, small previews of the photos in that folder are sent to Google's Gemini API, on a paid account, to describe each one. Those descriptions and file names may go to Anthropic's Claude to pick photos for a post you asked for.
Switch Google Drive, Sheets and Docs off whenever you like. The stored access is deleted the moment you do.
The exact permissions
For reviewers and the curious: the permissions requested, the data each one reaches, and why.

spreadsheets.readonly | The spreadsheet you select. | To import the list you chose. |
